No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for any products purchased from our store, except in the rare case of an error on our part. If you receive a book that is different from the one you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange for an exchange or provide you with a replacement copy of the correct book at no additional cost.

Exceptions to Our Policy

To be eligible for an exchange, the book must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened. We will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect item. Once we receive the return dispatch receipt, we will promptly send you the correct book as per your original order.
